LNEYA industrial chiller has a very wide cooling temperature range, with controllable temperatures ranging from -150℃ to -5℃. Adopting secondary subcooling, the cooling speed is fast, safe and reliable. It is used for rapid liquid cooling and is widely used in low-temperature reactions in industries such as petrochemical, medical, pharmaceutical, biochemical, freeze-drying, pharmaceutical, and military industries. The product adopts international brand semi enclosed compressors, with small volume and high efficiency. A single compressor can achieve -152 ℃ temperature control; The cooling water circuit of the unit adopts an intermediate heat exchanger, which significantly improves the reliability and safety of the system.
The developed direct cooling ultra-low temperature chiller adopts international brand compressors and single compressor automatic cascade refrigeration technology. It can cool to -120℃ within 3 minutes and cool quickly.

Chiller structure
The industrial chiller unit consists of accessories such as a compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, etc.
- Compressor: In industrial chiller systems, the compressor is the power that ensures refrigeration. The compressor is used to increase the pressure of the refrigerant in the system, allowing the refrigerant to circulate in the refrigeration system to achieve the purpose of refrigeration.
- Condenser: The high-temperature and high-pressure Freon in the refrigeration system enters the condenser after coming out of the compressor, releasing a large amount of heat into the cooling medium, which is then cooled and liquefied.
- Evaporator: When the Freon liquid in the refrigeration system enters the expansion valve for throttling and is sent to the evaporator, it belongs to the evaporation process. At this point, it needs to absorb a large amount of heat to gradually reduce the valence and mass temperature, in order to achieve refrigeration and cooling effects.
- Expansion Valve: In the refrigerant system flowchart of industrial chillers, we found a small section between the outlet of the condenser and the inlet of the evaporator, called a thermal expansion valve. It is a throttling and pressure reducing component used to reduce the condensation pressure of the refrigerant to the evaporation pressure. Therefore, its role in refrigeration systems is crucial. It is connected to the refrigeration compressor, evaporator, and condenser. It is also known as the four components of a refrigeration system.
- Other attachments: including drying filters and high and low pressure controllers. The drying filter is not removable. The internal structure adopts a molecular sieve structure, which can remove a small amount of impurities and water in the pipeline, thereby purifying the system. High pressure and low pressure controllers play a protective role in refrigeration systems.
Air Cooling /Cooled Chiller
- Does not need to be connected to the cooling tower and is suitable for environments with low impurity content. Impurities can easily mix in the cold water tower, and dust can cause blockage in the cooling water circulation circuit, leading to a decrease in cooling capacity.
- The air-cooled chiller is most suitable for areas with poor water quality, which can save other accessories such as cold water towers.
- The use of large capacity condensers makes operation easier and more convenient.
- The footprint is greatly reduced, making installation very convenient.
- The air-cooled chiller unit adopts an upper air outlet design.

Water Cooling/Cooled Chiller
- The box type evaporator is equipped with an automatic water replenishment device, which is easy to install and maintain and suitable for special occasions such as large temperature differences and small flow rates.
- The water-cooled condenser adopts the latest high-efficiency externally threaded copper pipes, which have a large heat dissipation capacity. It adopts the latest CAD/CAM processing technology and is manufactured in cooperation with CNC machining centers, with a compact structure, high efficiency, and energy saving.
- Industrial chiller unit configuration: equipped with a microcontroller control system, built-in compressor dryer filter and expansion valve, maintenance manual valve interface and other devices, ensuring reliable and safe operation of the machine and convenient maintenance.
