How to control the temperature of the pharmaceutical reactor heating unit?

In the synthesis reaction process, it is often necessary to raise, keep or lower the temperature of the reaction. The temperature in the reaction stage of the reactor is not a linear process. In the process of continuous and stable exothermic reaction, it is necessary to continuously pass cooling water into the jacket of the reactor to cool down to barely maintain the balance of cooling and heating. This is called “draining from the bottom of the kettle”.  Boiler overflow or larger reliable accidents, the main reason is that the heat exchange area per unit volume of the reactor is too small, and the simple jacket cooling is far unable to meet the cooling energy requirement of the exothermic process.
