Explosion-proof thermal cycle system is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, petroleum and other industries. Users in the use should try to avoid some failures and more attention to maintenance.

Check whether the steering of fan is accurate when starting the explosion-proof thermal cycle system. If it is turned forward, it can be started up and run. If it is reversed, it indicates that the power connection is in reverse phase, and the phase sequence should be replaced before starting. The factory has set the value of each protection device, please do not change it at will.

The machine room of the explosion-proof thermal cycle system should be kept clean and well ventilated, and the dirt of the condenser should be cleaned regularly to ensure its normal operation. Keep the cooling water tower of the explosion-proof thermal cycle system clean, and keep the air near the water tower smooth and low temperature, so as to avoid sundries entering the cooling tower and reduce the cooling efficiency.

Please keep the surface of the cooling coil of the cryogenic coolant circulation device clean to ensure that the air around is smooth and the temperature is low. Clean the scale on the coil regularly to ensure good heat transfer effect. If the condenser has been in use for more than six months, or if the high or low voltage switch is frequently out of order, or the cooling capacity is reduced, please arrange staffs to clean the condenser. If following the above instructions for many times to repair, and the alarm still rings, the professional maintenance staffs should be asked to repair the cryogenic coolant circulation device.

When the fault alarm stops, press the emergency stop button of the explosion-proof thermal cycle system to turn off the alarm light first, and then check the cause of the fault. Do not start up and run before the failures haven’t eliminated. Unless it is an emergency, do not block the main power supply to close the explosion-proof thermal cycle system. If the explosion-proof thermal cycle system will be stopped for a long period of time in winter, then close it first, then close the main power supply, and the system will be drained of water.
