When the liquid level reaches the specified value, turn on the relevant delivery pump; set the relevant instrument settings and set it to the automatic state; vacuum the device that needs to be vacuumed; monitor the temperature of each effect and check its evaporation; pass the relevant instruments Observe the product concentration, and then increase the relevant steam valve opening to increase the steam flow.

When the steam flow reaches the desired value, adjust the feed flow to control the concentration of the concentrate. Generally speaking, reducing the feed flow increases the product concentration, while increasing the feed flow reduces the concentration. During the driving process, many failures often occur due to abnormal operation. It is common that the steam supply is unstable. This may be due to the cold pipeline or the presence of air in the condensing pipeline. You should pay attention to check the seals and outlets of the valves and pumps. When the normal operating temperature is reached, this problem will not occur; it may also be due to air leakage. Due to the two-effect and three-effect evaporators, when the steam pressure of the one-effect separation tank rises above a certain value, this leakage will disappear by itself.

Thin film evaporation plant equipment must be carefully operated and strictly controlled. Pay attention to monitor the operation of each part of the evaporator and the specified indicators. Under normal circumstances, the operator should check and adjust the operation of the evaporator at the specified time interval, and make the operation enlightenment truthfully. When the device is in a stable operating state, do not easily change the performance parameters, otherwise the device will be in an unbalanced state, and it will take some time to adjust to achieve a smooth, which will cause loss of production or worse impact. Controlling the liquid level of the evaporation device is the key, the purpose is to make the device run smoothly, the flow from one effect to another effect is more reasonable and constant. Effectively controlling the liquid can also avoid the “cavitation” phenomenon of the pump. Most pumps deliver boiling liquid, so the risk of “cavitation” cannot occur. Only by controlling the liquid level can the life of the pump be guaranteed. Check the readings of the instruments in the control room and on-site instruments according to the prescribed time. If it exceeds the regulations, you should quickly find the cause. If the evaporation liquid is a corrosive solution, you should check the sight glass to prevent corrosion. Once the sight glass is seriously corroded, it will be dangerous when the liquid level sensor fails.
